Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided it is still factory sealed, unopened and in the condition you received it.

- Email us first at andyyao625@gmail.com with your order number so we can approve the return.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
- Once the item arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

We can't accept change of mind returns on products that have been opened, had the shrink wrap or seal removed or damaged, or are not in their original condition.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us at andyyao625@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and cover any return shipping.

SEALED PRODUCT
All trading card products are sold factory sealed. The cards inside are random and we can't guarantee the contents, pull rates or value of any pack or box. Minor imperfections from the manufacturer, such as small dents, creases or loose shrink wrap, are common on sealed products and are not treated as faults.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund orders that have not yet been dispatched.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
