Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within Australia only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

DELIVERY
Orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are dispatched on or around the official release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once every item is available, unless we tell you otherwise.

ADDRESS DETAILS
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away at andyyao625@gmail.com. We can't change an address once an order has been dispatched, and extra shipping costs may apply if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is delayed, shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, email us at andyyao625@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
